In 2025, after endless hours and months of perfecting her recipe, Hiba turned her passion into something truly special — a Lebanese-style rice pudding crafted with love, patience, and authentic tradition.

What began in her own kitchen quickly became a family favourite. Friends and relatives instantly fell in love with the rich, creamy texture and beautifully balanced flavours. Over and over, they said the same thing:

“This is too good not to share.”

And so, Hiba’s Yummy Food was born.
